Step 1: Site Evaluation
We assess your property's visibility, zoning and market viability. If it qualifies we'll reach out to a partnered brokerage firm to draft a non binding agreement.
Step 4: Bidding Process
Once approvals are in place we run financial, comparable and asset analysis to see the true value of the site to seek the highest lease payment possible.
Step 2: Letter of Intent/Option
An exclusive right-to-develop agreement with you will be set up with the brokerage firm. This locks in your upside while our team and partners invest our time and capital in getting approvals.
Step 5: Transfer the Permit
Once we've found the best deal, we transfer the permit or necessary contract to a billboard, media company or EV charging company to construct, operate and insure the asset. This can only be transferred once you sign off on the deal.
Step 3: Permitting
We handle all zoning research, permit applications and city negotiations. You don't lift a finger. You don't use any of your own money.
Step 6: Payday
You start receiving income- either through a lump sum, lease payments or a percentage (%) of revenue, depending on the deal.
