Position Summary
As a Remote Real Estate Intern, you’ll be an active contributor in our site sourcing, financial underwriting, and deal execution process. This is not a “watch-and-learn” role—you’ll be on calls, presenting sites, and helping structure real transactions alongside the firm’s founding directors.
You’ll gain firsthand experience in:
-
Land use research and zoning compliance
-
Traffic count & site selection analysis using tools like Google Earth, Regrid, and public GIS portals
-
Billboard viability assessments across markets in the entire United States.
-
Real estate financial modeling, including NOI, cap rate, and cash-on-cash return analysis
-
Drafting investor decks, LOIs, and option contracts
-
Negotiation with landowners and city officials
-
Exposure to entitlement, easement structuring, and brokered assignments
You’ll work directly with the managing directors in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment. Expect to join weekly deal review calls, contribute to live site packages, and help advance real projects that lead to executed contracts.
